Meeting Minutes for March 14, 2007

Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Officers present: Paul Farbman, Neils Goerrisen, Sam and Carol Hitchcock, Brad Denton, Lester Johnson, Bob Dupuy, Joe Moses, Bob Carrillo and Rich Geist.

President’s Report – Paul Farbman said that he has found someone to improve our website, see his report.

Vice President’s Report – Neils Goerrisen talked about continuing to use the South end so that we do not loose control over it. The motion was voted on and passed.

Secretary’s Report – Accepted as read in the newsletter.

Treasurer’s Report – Sam Hitchcock gave his report, in part saying that he will pay this months bills and those that were turned in.

Newsletter Editor – Carol Hitchcock reported that the newsletter would be out on time.

Range Captain’s Report – Lester Johnson gave his report, and stated that the road is in good condition.

Tournament Chairman’s Report – Rich Geist stated that we had a good turnout for our last shoot with 24 archers, five of which established their handicaps. Scores will be posted in this newsletter.

Target Captain’s report – Bob Dupuy said that the next regular shoot, a hunter round, will be on March 25th.

3 – D Captains Report – Tom Brayman reported that March 18th will be the next 3-D shoot with a 9:00 am set-up the day before.

Entertainment Joe Moses will provide food and drinks at the work party, and at the 3-D shoot.

Big Game Report – Dale Warren resigned his position, it will probably remain vacant until next year.

Old Business – Excelsior bales were surprisingly not brought up at this meeting.

New Business – Due to a time conflict at our regular meeting place we may have to change our meeting location and/or time. Carol is resolving this and will let us know.

Raffle – Family Pot

Mark Burris $26.00.
Fred Tisue $200.00 – Not present. Michael Reinboth $84.00 – Not present.
